We currently do not provide transfers to Ukraine. We only offer transfers within the European Union. However, we do offer trips to border and, if needed, assist clients in crossing the pedestrian border checkpoint, supporting them with their luggage and throughout the border crossing procedure.

Yes, we have the appropriate licenses and permits. In addition, each passenger is also covered by personal accident insurance during transport. Drivers are required to undergo periodic and psychotechnical tests and continually improve their professional qualifications.

We always bring passengers as close as possible to the check-in point. At the customer's request , the driver can help in crossing to the Ukrainian side and also wait with the customer for transport. In the case of pick-up from a border crossing, the driver usually waits at the agreed time and place. On request, he can also wait on the Ukrainian side.

Yes we offer airport pickup. Typically, the driver waits at the terminal with the agreed password displayed on the tablet.

Yes, from any airport in the country and abroad.

No, smoking is strictly prohibited in vehicles

Payment for the ride can be made directly to the driver in cash or cashless form (including BLIK or payment link). We also offer a prepaid reservation system.

Difficult weather conditions, if they allow driving, are not a limitation for us. Our drivers are properly prepared to drive in extreme conditions. If weather conditions and official weather/government alerts do not allow for the safe execution of the order and the customer does not raise any objections, the trip will be moved to another convenient date.

Yes, at the customer's request, we equip the vehicle with the necessary seats, stands or special certified "SMART KID BELT".

Yes, we operate throughout the country.

We provide transfers within Poland and the EU. Please note that longer trips require prior reservation. For longer journeys, we plan the route accordingly and ensure convenient stops. In such cases, two drivers are available to assist you.
